Habits of Mind: “Safe, Responsible, Respectful, Ready to Learn”

Our spring concert will be Monday, June 11 at 6:30.   This date has now been confirmed.

Heads up: Walking and Running will be Wednesday next week from 3:00 to 4:00pm. For next week only. Then back toThursday.

Chris Fisher, a Windham resident, will be giving a presentation this Sunday at 4:00 at the Meeting House. It is about his trip to Africa, and I encourage you to come. I have been to several he has presented about birds and his photography is amazing. While enjoying the visual part of it, you can get lost in the music he has as the background. There will be popcorn, lemonade and goodies.    See you there.

Now that vacation is over, sunny weather has arrived. But, the kids still need inside and outside footwear. We will start winding the year down.  Very busy time coming.

The fifth graders will be at Keewaydin next week and it is a guarantee they will be disappointed when they have to come home. What is promising is that it looks like the weather is going to be warm and the moon will be almost full for the week. Those evening camp side fires will be great.

Starting May 8th Mr. PJ’s classroom will be working with their coordinator from the Weston Playhouse each Tuesday andWednesday morning from nine to ten.  Their show at the playhouse will be June 2nd.

The month of May will be SBAC testing and at the end of the month will be AIMS web.

May 25th the school will go to Wardsboro to the Journey East program.
