End of year schedule -2015

This is pretty much what the newsletter will be through the end of the year.

May- Mr. PJ’s class: Starbase every Wednesday all day for Mr. PJ’s class. Practice with Weston Playhouse coordinator every Tuesday and Thursday with the last one on Thursday, May 21.

Saturday, 5/23.-Dance at Townshend Town Hall. Sally, Michael and friends playing. Free dinner at 6:00. People are encouraged to bring desserts. Dancing at 7:00.

Monday 5/25.   No School-Memorial Day

Tuesday 5/26.    Move Up day in AM. New Kindergartners will be here that day. MAPS testing starts for Mr. PJ’s class.

Wednesday, 5/27.     Starbase all day for Mr. PJ’s class.   MAPS testing Sally’s class. Walking/Running

MAPS testing Mr. PJ’s class.        Soccer after school.

Friday, 5/29.    6th grader move up day at L&G with Wardsboro class.

Saturday May 30- Weston Playhouse performance in the afternoon. Poster sent home to parents.

JUNE

Monday, 6/1.    MAPS testing for Mr.  PJ’s class

Tuesday, 6/2.    MAPS testing for Mr. PJ’s class. Patti Smith from BEEC will be here at1:00. Parents are welcome.  Check out the BEEC, Brattleboro, VT site.  Interesting place to know about.

Wednesday, 6/3.   Starbase all day.      Walking/running after school

Thursday, 6/4.   6th grade field trip all day.  Water sports Field Day for the rest of the school after lunch.    Soccer after school.

Friday, 6/5.  Music at Valley Cares in the afternoon singing to the older folks. By bus.

Monday, 6/8   Betty Young, Math coordinator here.

Tuesday, 6/9.  Walkathon from 1:00 to 3:00.  Parents welcome to join. Rain date is the 10th.

Wednesday, 6/10.   Graduation/End of year celebration from 6:30 to 7:30.

Thursday, 6/11. Last day of school. Half day. Picnic at Hapgood Pond from 10:00 to noon.
